Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items can only be returned after they have been received by the customer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and labels must still be attached

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@claireadamvancouver.ca within 14 days of receiving your order

Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Only approved returns that meet our conditions are eligible for a refund
Liability

We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no valid tracking information is provided

If tracking confirms delivery, the return is considered received

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
